Wellbeing for YOU

Want to increase the wellbeing of your group?  With Wellbeing For You programs, your group will be a more healthy, balanced group and will also leave with the tools to apply Wellbeing principals the daily life.  This contracted service is currently available for WSU groups only.  Customized and integrated Wellbeing For You programs can be modified and taken to your group's location to increase outcomes and usability. 

Combine programs on environmental wellbeing, emotional wellbeing, physical wellbeing, etc. to receive a complete wellbeing programming experience.  Past programs have included workshops or classes on stress management, relaxation, nutrition, physical activity, and sustainability workshops.  Programs have enhanced one, two, or all eight dimensions of a group's wellbeing.
