The Student Wellbeing Advisory Council is recruiting new members for 2009-2010 and is calling on you to help improve and promote wellbeing programs at the WSU. Please submit completed application to the Student Recreation Center, Room 142, Monday-Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm or email bjstewart@wsu.edu.

The Wellbeing Advisory Council is the official group for developing and facilitating wellbeing programs at the WSU. If you have any questions or an interest in joining the Council, please contact (509)335-7101 or wellbeing@wsu.edu.

Apple of the Day

One way to prevent overeating and enjoy your meals in a healthy way is to try to cut down on your portion sizes.  Serve yourself half the amount of food you usually eat if you tend to eat whatever is in front of you.  Use smaller plates, as it makes smaller portions look bigger.
