Apple of the Day

Choose 3 servings of low-fat or fat-free milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, or milk alternatives like soy milk each day. Try this plan to get your 3 servings of dairy today: ½ cup of milk on your morning cereal (1/2 serving), a slice of cheese on your sandwich for lunch (1/2 serving) with a carton of plain or chocolate milk (1 serving), and a container of yogurt for a snack.
