Below are multiple tools and assessments to evaluate your spiritual wellbeing. Staying seated for long periods, especially if you're constantly on the phone or hunched over, can tighten muscles and lead to tension headaches.  Try to shift positions or stretch at least once an hour, stand during phone conversations, or take a lunchtime walk.
